Terms of Service
1. Service
Trimry provides a personalized agenda of upcoming sports events (matches, races, fights and tournaments) based on the sports, leagues and teams you choose, delivered through the website, email and WhatsApp, plus a conversational assistant ("Scout").
2. Subscription and billing
Alerts by email and WhatsApp require a paid subscription processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout and billed on a recurring basis until canceled. New subscriptions may include a free trial; if you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription renews automatically at the listed price.
3. Cancel anytime
You can cancel from the dashboard, from the Stripe billing portal, by replying STOP on WhatsApp or by emailing support@trimry.com. Cancellation stops future charges; the current period stays active until its end date.
4. Account responsibilities
Keep your credentials safe and your contact details accurate. You are responsible for activity performed with your account and for having the right to receive messages at the phone number you provide.
5. Service limitations
Fixtures, times and venues come from third-party sports data providers and can change without notice (postponements, TV rescheduling, time zone edge cases). Trimry does not guarantee completeness or accuracy and is not liable for missed events, broadcasting availability or decisions taken based on the agenda.
6. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, scrape the data, resell alerts or use the assistant for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
