Data we collect

Account data (name, email, optional WhatsApp number, time zone, language), the sports, leagues and teams you follow, delivery preferences, subscription status, and the messages you exchange with Scout on the web or WhatsApp.

How we use it

To build and deliver your personalized agenda, operate the assistant, process billing, prevent abuse and improve the product. Chat memory summaries help the assistant remember your preferences; they never include payment data.

Third parties

Stripe (billing), MailerSend (email), Meta WhatsApp Cloud API (messaging), OpenAI (assistant, digest copy and schedule lookups through web search; only the conversation and your sports preferences are shared), Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (measurement).

Retention and rights

Data is kept while your account is active and for the legal retention period afterwards. You can export, correct or delete your data from the dashboard or by emailing support@trimry.com.
