Data Deletion Instructions
1. Delete from your Trimry dashboard
Sign in to your Trimry account, open your dashboard settings, and use the account deletion option. This is the fastest way to request deletion of your user account data.
2. Delete by email request
If you cannot access your account, email support@trimry.com from your registered address with subject "Data Deletion Request". We may request account verification before processing.
3. What is deleted and what may be retained
When a deletion request is completed, account profile data, delivery preferences, and active subscription delivery settings are removed or anonymized according to system design. Limited records may be retained when required for legal compliance, billing audit trails, security/fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
4. Processing timeline
We process deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible after verification. If a provider-managed record exists (for example payment invoices in Stripe), retention may follow that provider legal obligations.
